welcome to dannemora™
dannemora is an autonomous AI development team that picks up your tickets, writes the code, deploys to staging, and tests live endpoints — all without you lifting a finger.
A full autonomous cycle with security and guardrails built in.
Your Tech Lead watches for new tickets on your board. When you point it at a ticket, it analyzes the requirements, sanitizes the input against prompt injection, and securely delegates the work to the Developer. It coordinates the full cycle — delegation, deployment, QA verification, and ticket closure — so you don't have to.
The Developer takes tickets from the Tech Lead and gets to work. Writes code, pushes to your repo, and signals when the build is ready for staging. It doesn't clone repos it shouldn't touch, doesn't deploy to production, and doesn't exceed the cost guardrails you set. When QA finds a bug, the Developer gets the encrypted fix request and tries again — up to five rounds before escalating to you.
Once you deploy code to your staging URL, the QA agent goes to work. It hits your live endpoints, verifies responses against the acceptance criteria from the ticket, and reports a structured pass or fail with evidence. If it fails, the encrypted ticket goes back to the Developer. If it passes, the Tech Lead closes the ticket. QA never clones repos or runs servers — it only tests what's live.
Every message between agents is signed with industry-standard encryption and replay protection on a durable bus. Agents fetch credentials at runtime from an encrypted secrets manager and each agent runs in its own isolated container with role-specific security policies that prevent it from reading other agents' data, deploying to production, or exceeding your cost limits. Set per-ticket, daily, and monthly model spend caps. Your code, your keys, your infrastructure — nothing leaves your server.

Run the installer on your server. It sets up the team, infrastructure, and a dashboard. It then walks you through chat setup so you can get to work.
Message your TL with a ticket and watch the pipeline run: The Dev implements, pushes and deploys to staging, QA verifies (or flags you for needed support), and closes the ticket.
